SVH Travel, as you know, always visits resorts and documents them with video and photo content. On May 4th, Riu opened its brand new Riu Palace Peninsula in Cancun, Mexico. With its unique contemporary modern design, this hotel had me amazed! This Riu resort had its own VIP exclusive villa section, more than 30 suites with their own outdoor jacuzzis, and its superior types of rooms that gave visitors a beautiful look around Cancun! I have gone to take content from this newly opened resort, but in Cancun I also went around for site inspection to Paradisus La Esmeralda and Paradisus La Perla which seperated its family area from the Adults only section. I had also visited Dreams Puerto Aventuras, Oasis Sense, Fiesta Americana Condesa, Iberostar Cancun, and Oasis Complex, which distinguished itself from its three sections, the Oasis, Grand, and Sense. Just recently, I visited Cabo San Lucas. In November 2011, the first Secrets Resort in Cabo was opened, Secrets Marquis. The Secrets Marquis is the AM Resort’s third resort in Cabo, following Dreams Los Cabos and Zoetry Casa Del Mar. Being a luxury boutique hotel, the Secrets Marquis is an Adults-only property. Offering 24-hours room service, unique dining, and excellent service, I was impressed with many aspects of this resort. I will shortly be introducing the newly opened Secrets Vallarta in Mexico. I also went for site inspection at Barcelo Los Cabos Deluxe. This resort offered swim-out suites, a designated adults-only area, and live entertainment every night. Having many different restaurants to arouse your taste buds, the Barcelo hotel had Italian, French, Asian, and Spanish dining choices. The resort also offered an iPod dock that was hooked up with the TV, accessing your iPod on the big screen. A certain aspect that I really found interesting were the electronically controlled curtains. Bel Air Collection Resort & Spa was yet another hotel that I site inspected, along with Hola Grand Faro all-Inclusive hotel. The Hola Grand Faro had a unique lighthouse that gave visitors a 360 degree view of Cabo San Lucas! Melia Cabo Real, located between San Jose and Cabo San Lucas, had a nice, beautiful layout. My final site inspection, Dreams Los Cabos, was a luxury all-Inclusive hotel. All the rooms at the resort had flat tvs, and on the top-most floor, the hotel had a Premium Club lounge. With many unique restaurants, this hotel also featured a fascinating spa and kids’ club! Once again, SVH Travels offers many exclusive deals to Cabo San Lucas. Just recently, my son Edvin, and I went to Jamaica for hotel site inspections. We inspected newly renovated and opened hotels in Jamaica, including: Riu Palace Tropical Bay, Secrets St. James & Wild Orchid, Grand Palladium, Iberostar Grand Rose Hall, Iberostar Suites Rose Hall, Sandals Negril, Beaches Negril, and Riu Negril. As you know, I have been to every hotel and property in Mexico, and the Caribbean. Filming and documenting every single property, I inspect the sites from A to Z. The first hotels from AM resorts in Jamaica, Secrets St. James & Wild Orchid are said to be the pioneer hotels. Visiting our Youtube Channel, SVHTravel, you can find our HD films and slideshows of the resorts. We stayed at Riu Palace Tropical Bay, the first Riu resort to be built in Jamaica. SVH Travel, as you already know, is one of the top producers of Riu hotels. Located in Montego Bay, the Adults-Only Secrets St. James and Secrets Wild Orchid are both located in one territory. Sharing the fitness and spa, these resorts are very innovative with their gorgeous design and modern attributes. Located on a picture perfect beach, these resorts are one of the top honeymoon destinations. I would highly recommend planning weddings in this location, with its natural beauty. Another excellent property was the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall, also another Adults-Only hotel, the more quiet and calm clients will enjoy their stay here. Not to worry, Iberostar Suites Rose Hall is right next to the Grand. Having many more activities for children, the Iberostar Suites even includes a lazy river and a kid’s waterpark! One of the more recent properties to open in Jamaica, the Grand Palladium was a very clean-looking resort. This hotel separates itself from the rest with it’s unique Sport’s Bar. The fact that all the rooms in the property included jacuzzis impressed my son and I. I find it very difficult to even try to sell a property I have not approved of or inspected. That is why I like to be informed of all the hotels I sell to my clients. Also inspecting Sandals Negril and Beaches Negril, my son found it amazing that all the rooms had new Xbox 360 slims, and there was a game room dedicated to Xbox 360s. Sandals Negril also had its unique crystal swim-out rooms. Ending the day, my son and I had a great perspective of all the hotels we’d visited. Enjoying the rest of our business trip, the next few days were spent well, in the beach and with each others company.

On March 4th, 2012, SVH Travel Agents, visited a Bridal Show at Hilton to spread some of the latest honeymoon specials for bride and groom. With Royal Caribbean’s Randy present supporting the agency, RCCL’s Allure of the Seas – currently the World’s largest and most innovative cruise ship – was offered with magnificent discounts for vacation lovers. Our booth was decorated very colorfully, with brochures and magazines that appeal to different tastes. This great show started with great energy that followed through until the end, as there was live music, snacks, giveaways and most importantly a great environment. My wife and children accompanied me as we passed out flyers and conversed with the crowd on topics including, travel, cruises, and resorts. We tried our best to show the couple the great experience that comes with traveling, so many locations and spots to check out!

I visited this hotel with my son for site inspection. The Grand Velas in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico was just splendid! The Spa was amazing, as usual, too amazing to be captured of video or photo. The Grand Velas in Puerto Vallarta did not disappoint me, with its two different temperature pools, its amazing eatery, and its beautiful location! Grand Velas left me in awe once again! On April 17, 2011, SVH Tours and Travel serv. participated in another Bridal Show located at the Hilton Hotel in Universal City, California. SVH Travel had participated with its’ travel agents to introduce Apple Vacation’s Special Honeymoon Packages. Lisa, from Central Holidays, lent a helping hand to the travel agency and explained many of the offers with great enthusiasm which we were greatly thankful for. On April 15th, 2011, Riu Resorts and Hotels had set up an event for SVH Tours and Travel at Silvana Gallery. On that day, Silvana Gallery had opened the doors to visitors for the new Russian and Ukrainian paintings and sculptures. SVH Travel was promoting AppleSpecials.com and invited Apple Vacations with its District Managers, Rhoda Jimenez and Consuela Valdez. Hugo Agulera had proudly come all the way from Cancun to give his appreciation to SVH Travel for being the Top Account in the West Coast. Riu Palace Bavaro was introduced as a new unique hotel experience from the Riu Resorts chain. SVH Tours and Travel has many exclusive package deals, as you know. Today, on April 10th, SVH has successfully participated in a Bridal Showcase, for newly weds and honeymooners. We set up our booth, excited in the beginning, waiting for the soon to be brides and grooms to walk by so we could present our special packages. SVH offered guests five well-known paintings from Silvana Gallery, roughly $1000 each, that would be inclusive in their honeymoon package free of charge! I have been to almost every single property in Mexico, and the Caribbean, and I have more than 500 videos that have been recorded by me, personally. Now, every week, I will give tips and hints, on hotels and a variety of destinations. I had just celebrated New Years in a very fine hotel, Barcelo Maya Palace Deluxe. Barcelo Maya Palace is located in a Barcelo Hotels’ Complex. In the Complex are located, Barcelo Maya Beach, Barcelo Tropical, Barcelo Colonial, and the Barcelo Maya Palace. If you stay in the Barcelo Maya Palace, you can enjoy the activities and the facilities of the rest of the Barcelo Hotels’ in the Complex. If you have ever been to Riviera Maya, you will know that the Hotels are not high-rise building, and are mostly three to four story buildings. As you might know, Riviera Maya is located to the South of Cancun. Barcelo Maya Palace has an amazing beach, which is one of its unique properties. Barcelo Maya Palace also has a Waterpark for children which is fascinating. It is filled with fountains, and several slides that kids can enjoy! Barcelo Maya Palace has one of the biggest pools in the Riviera Maya area. Barcelo Maya Palace also has a live band in its’ theaters, which is just utterly magnificent. Also included in the Barcelo Maya Palace is several cuisines, French Cuisine, Brazilian Cuisine, The Caribe, Mexicana, and of course two buffet style restaurants. There is also a designated area just for adults only, where no children are allowed. The pools offer jets, that can give arousing massages to the back, and neck area. The lounging area, near the pool, had a cover, which was crafted to keep the sun away, for shade and relaxation. Barcelo Maya Palace also offered many different high brand liquors. The hotel also had its own basketball, tennis, and even original sized soccer field! I would really recommend this hotel to families, those that really enjoy activities and having a good time!
