The staff tried extremely hard to be helpful and worked their tails off. The resort was quite large and packed, yet there was ample room for everyone. Food and drink were plentiful, the pools were lovely. It was very international. If you even tried to say please and thank you in Spanish, they lavished attention on you. I would think that the only way to have a bad time here is to be VERY particular. If you want an intimate, rustic or cultural immersion experience, this isn't the place for you. If you want to eat, sun, relax and swim a bit...meeting people from all over the world, then come and have a good time.
