We booked a trip to the Now Jade last year in a Tropical Room category. When we entered our room and realized we were next to a swamp and the sewage area we were less than happy. It took us several tried and many managers but we finally got moved. Would NOT recommend booking with a Tropical Room price point

Loved this hotel. Went Jan30th to Feb7th and had a great time. The pools were warm and the food was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable and and clean. I hope I would go there again. Thanks to Applespecials.com, very helpful and great prices. Thanks Vic so much for these packages.
