I really liked Vallarta Palace, it was a nice place to go to with my family of 6, yes I know big family, but it was worth every penny because I got exactly what I paid for, heaven. I was amazed at the staffs caring intentions and the quality of their work everyone should visit Vallarta Palace at least once

I had a great time at Riu Vallarta Hotel. I went with my family and friends. The food there was delicious. The pools had bars and I really liked the drinks. Th rooms were big and nice. I bought a ocean-front room and it came with a big jacuzzi in the middle of the room and we used it almost everyday we were there. Overall I loved this hotel and I will recommend this hotel to you guys reading this.

I really liked the room. We had a king size bed, it was not cramped but spacious, with a balcony and we could see the ocean from the room. The food was just average. It seemed like all the foods were similar to each other no matter which of their restaurants you picked. It was nice but something was off like the fact that they use all same ingredients but try to make Italian and Mexican etc. with the same ingredients. Otherwise, the beach was great. By the way were were there over NYE 2009/10. The entertainment that evening was a bit short and less than great. You also needed to make a reservation for dinner which in an all inclusive I find annoying. Many people fought over the lobsters that they handed out for dinner on NYE. There were only 2 stations that had the lobsters, way too many people, and all getting a bit hostile towards each other because there seemed to be not enough and they disappeared faster than arrived. Otherwise, this is the 2nd Riu I stayed at, both in Mexico, and both seemed to have the same food. The best food they had was guacamole. All else was just alright. Service and servers, however, were great. They were attentive, fast, and accurate.

I enjoyed my stay at Riu Vallarta Hotel, it was nice and peaceful, the food is great but what convinced me to go to this hotel was SVH they showed me videos and showed me specials and gave me great deals. I wont lie, i have been to better resorts than this one, but SVH tours and travels was the one that gave me a great insight on where to go.
