The Fiesta Americana Cozumel Dive Resort consists of one six-story and two seven-story buildings of contemporary design, with the Casitas Suites situated behind the main hotel. 226 air-conditioned rooms are surrounded by tropical vegetation. The hotel's own dive shop, "The Dive House," is located on the beach and has its own dock and equipment, offering all the services for diving and snorkeling. Beach: The beach is across the street.

Tropical Forest Restaurant - A poolside restaurant with an ecological theme serving international and local cuisine for dinner. Open from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The Reef Restaurant - Serving Mexican cuisine and seafood, and a breakfast buffet. Open from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Miramar - A dinner restaurant serving international cuisine, seafood, fine cuts and shrimp (surcharge for lobster and shrimp). Open from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
